I’ve never been so this was my first time and honestly the place is adorable the sizes are massive and for a decent price it’s great, kind service all way round and it was just a cute little spot to go to definitely might be my new favourite

Uncle Kev makes the best coffee, I’ve been meaning to write a review for ages! I come here on my two office days a week and the double riz f/w is always delicious, great flavour but still smooth and creamy. Consistency, service and quality is always 100%, favourite coffee in the city by far👌🏼👍🏼 …

Really nice place and quite popular too with quite a few people stopping at this shop to buy coffee. I tried the Matcha latte that was a bit too sweet for my liking, but the service was great and I look to come back for more. 🥰

To the person who left the review about the shortchange situation, The menu was updated about a month ago, probably to keep up with the rising costs of everything these days, and your review was posted at least 2 weeks after this change. According to the menu, $9.50 is the correct price for a large iced chocolate with almond milk. I would recommend double checking the menu before leaving a review that could damage small businesses in the future.

I stopped past here today by chance and grabbed a small coffee, which was a double ristretto which was a wonderful surprise. I asked for mine as warm to avoid the common issue found at a lot of cafes where the milk is overheated, but this was perfect. Temp was spot on so I could drink it straight away and the coffee was spot on. New favourite spot for coffee in the city. And prices are really reasonable!!

We turned up with a big group of people unannounced after a lunch venue let us down. It was no problem at all for the amazing staff, and the food was lovely. Prices were very reasonable and if we lived in Adelaide we would definitely be back!

I just bought coffee with my girlfriend before going to work. The latte was really amazing! The two young ladies who worked there were also very friendly. Highly recommended!

I only had a coffee but it was well made and the two women were very friendly. Note, new owners! It’s called The Coffee Nook now. It’s no longer the Kev spot. Incase that matters to you. It’s good coffee still

I've reviewed this place before but I literally cannot rave about it enough. They have, by far, Adelaide's BEST chai, and that is coming from someone that has been to whole lot of cafés to try a whole lot of chai. It's nice and strong and spicy without having the overly powerful cardamom flavour that some mixes have. Plus, their serving sizes are SO generous, and their ice ratios are perfect - enough to keep your drink cold, but not so much that you only get 2 sips of drink. Their prices are better than most similar cafés in the area! I also love getting their butter croissants and especially the pain au chocolate - their croissant dough is so crisp and flakey on the outside and layered perfectly on the inside. Plus their pastries are ~$6.50 and under! This is now my regular spot, the workers here are SO friendly and welcoming which is amazing in the morning especially when it's gloomy outside.
